EURAXESS offers a webinar session for researchers and scholars interested in learning about applying for a European Research Council grant.
On 24 March 2021, Dr Jojo Nem Singh will give a presentation during the EURAXESS ASEAN webinar session, 'Frontier Science in Europe with the ERC - My ERC-funded project'.
The webinar is aimed at post-doctoral researchers and established researchers (PhD + 2 to 15 years experience) of all disciplines who are curious to learn more about European Research Council (ERC) grants. ERC awards research grants to scientists and scholars worldwide, both early-career and senior researchers, carrying out their research projects in all scientific disciplines in Europe. During the session, a line-up of ERC-grantees will exchange advice on eligibility criteria and how to get your application started for your ambitious research project.
In his session, Nem Singh will share more about his ERC-funded project, 'Green Industrial Policy in the Age of Rare Metals: A Transregional Comparison of Growth Strategies in Rare Earth Mining (GRIP-ARM)', the first systemic and comparative study on rare earths mining and economic development. Additionally, he will provide practical advice on the process of applying for an ERC grant.
If you're a researcher interested to learn more about the application process, you can attend using the registration link below.
