Over the past few months, Dr Jeff Handmaker has (co-)authored a number of new publications on the theme of legal mobilization, with a focus on Palestine.
Collected on the Law and Development Research Network (LDRN), the publications include:

- a contribution to a symposium on the International Criminal Court (ICC) and Palestine

The Law and Development Research Network seeks to enhance knowledge and understanding of the role of law, both domestic and international, in relation to development and governance, as perceived globally and locally, and is therefore concerned with the social functioning of legal systems primarily in the context of countries in the Global South.
