His thesis used the South Schumpeterian Hypothesis (SSH) that incorporates elements of entrepreneurial organization that stand at odds with the current dominant discourse. This approach aims to create greater policy space and equip developing countries with effective financial instruments. It thus seeks to empower developing nations to attain productive capabilities through entrepreneurship within existing global institutional constraints.
