The Humanitarian Studies Centre of the lnternational Institute of Social Studies (ISS) and the Embassy of Chile in the Kingdom of The Netherlands, are honored to invite you to attend a major international lecture 'Warfare and toxic remnants: Adverse effects on human health and the environment'.
The lecture will be delivered by Dr Marcos Orellana, UN Special Rapporteur on Toxics and Human Rights, Director, Global Toxics and Human Rights Project and Adjunct Professor of International Law, Washington College of Law, American University.
Dr Orellana will be in conversation with Dr Rodrigo Mena, Deputy Director of the Humanitarian Studies Centre, and Assistant Professor at ISS.
There will be time for a Q&A after the dialogue, and a reception afterwards.
