On Thursday 13 October 2022, ISS will celebrate it's 70th Dies Natalis. In the preceding days we will be organizing a number of events, both academic and social, to celebrate this momentous occasion with you.
Reconnecting
The theme of the week is Reconnecting: after two years of corona we want to re-bond and create new pathways.
In the words of Professor Inge Hutter in the spring issue of DevISSues: 'We want to reconnect with each other at ISS and we want to reconnect with all of you in the world.'
We've already started getting the the ISS building with a new series of photos on the outside windows.
These 'portraits' illustrate the multicultural population that is ISS and shows how we are physically reconnecting after two years apart.
