Jointly organized by ISS, the Group of Latin America and the Caribbean (GRULAC) and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this panel discussion will highlight the vital role of international cooperation for sustainable development. 

The event will bring together experts to discuss three key themes:

  • Cities: Discover how collaborative efforts between Latin American and Dutch expertise can create climate-resilient urban areas, with a focus on green infrastructure, renewable energy, and inclusive development.
  • Crops: Explore sustainable agricultural practices that enhance resilience, safeguard biodiversity, and strengthen local economies through innovative partnerships.
  • Circular economy: Learn how shifting to a circular economy can reduce environmental impact and drive sustainable growth. We'll discuss strategies for protecting natural resources and fostering economic advancement.

The discussion will bring together policymakers, experts, educators, innovators and students to discuss shaping a resilient future throught strategic collaboration.
